Gary
Gaetano (Gary) Turrisi, BE (Mech.) UQ, MDIA

Managing Director

In 2001 Gary founded the development company Turrisi Properties. He has had over 25 years experience in property development in Queensland and brings a wealth of experience to the company which enables him to effectively be responsible for the financial and strategic management of Turrisi Properties.

From 1986 to 2001 Gary was joint Managing Director of the successful property development company Property Resources Australia (PRA) which he co-founded in 1985.

Gary holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Queensland. From 1978 to 1985 he held senior management and engineering positions in the building services and construction industries. He was involved in the construction of numerous large projects including the Myer Centre Brisbane, Comalco Place Brisbane and the Sheraton Mirage Gold Coast.

Clinton
Clinton Amble B. App. Sc. (Honours) – Construction Management QUT, MDIA.

Development and Business Director

Clinton joined the Turrisi Property Group in May 2004. With over 14 years of experience in the construction and development industry Clinton is a valuable asset to the Turrisi Property Group. Clinton’s role as Development and Business Director Takes into account the holistic day to day and strategic aspects of the full development process, from project identification and acquisition through to project delivery, including sales and marketing. Ensuring at all times project returns and outcomes are being met for Turrisi Property Group and its stakeholders.

Prior to joining Turrisi Properties, Clinton held Construction Supervision and Development Management Positions with Mirvac Queensland for 7 years. During his period at Mirvac he was responsible for the supervision and/or delivery of such projects as “Grosvenor Apartments” Edward Street Brisbane, “Liberty on Tedder” Main Beach, “Mariners Reach” Newstead, “Arbour on Grey” South Bank, 189 Grey Street, South Brisbane, and the refurbishment of “Hinkler Mall and Place” Bundaberg.

Clinton holds an Honours degree in Applied Science majoring in construction management from the Queensland University of Technology.

Ben
Ben Jobber
B. App. Sc. (Honours) – Construction Management QUT
Development Manger

Ben joined Turrisi Properties in May 2010 as a Development Manager and brings over 11 years experience in the construction industry.

He is responsible for the delivery of projects plus assisting in the acquisition of new development sites.

Before joining Turrisi Properties, Ben worked for Mirvac Queensland for 6 years in Project Engineering / Management roles on several significant projects including "Waterline, Bulimba", "Orion Greater Springfield" and the "Tennyson Reach Development". His experience includes cost planning, contract administration, programming, design management and construction management. Ben has also spent 4 years with Mitchell Brandtman as a Quantity Surveyor, Programmer and Project Manager.

Ben completed a Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Construction Management (with Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology in 2004.

Dane
Will Hancock, B Com, LLB (Hons) (Qld)

Assistant Development Manager

Will joined Turrisi Properties as an Assistant Development Manager in 2007. In his time with the company, he has been heavily involved in the management and delivery of “Forge Business Park”, the “Timberline” land estate and the design and approvals process of the Albany Creek Multi Use Retail Centre. The various nature and stage of these projects has given him exposure to the entire development process, which he has been able to apply to the investigation of new development opportunities (a significant part of his role).

Suzanne
Suzanne Turrisi BA. (Cultural Studies) UQ, Dip. Ed.

Executive Consultant

Suzanne joined the Turrisi Property Group on its formation in 2001. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland majoring in cultural studies. Suzanne’s role is to; overview all company projects and provide advice to the Managing Director and the Development and Business Director in matters of design, the creation of community, the creation of place, target markets and marketing strategies.

Kimberley
Kimberley Nunn

Accounts & Office Manager

Kimberley Nunn has been a part of the Turrisi Property Group since March 2004. Her primary role is to manage the company accounts for Turrisi Properties.  Kimberley also ensures the smooth running of the office and helps the team work effectively and efficiently in her capacity as Office Manager.   Kimberley has had over 10 years experience in bookkeeping and clerical roles, the majority of which has been within the property industry.

Rebecca
Rebecca Krantz

PA and Receptionist

Rebecca Krantz was welcomed to the Turrisi Team in February 2011. Rebecca provides office and administration support through her role as receptionist, and she also enjoys the position of Personal Assistant to the Development Managers within the Turrisi office and is expanding her knowledge in the area of project marketing

Having come from a Hospitality background (Functions and Events), Rebecca brings with her good organisation skills and initiative, helping the team to operate efficiently and smoothly. Rebecca is also currently studying a Bachelor of Business (PR, Marketing & Events) part -time.
