Turrisi Properties is a property development company founded in December, 2001 by Gaetano Turrisi after a restructure of the PRA Property Group. The PRA Property Group was formed in 1986 with Gaetano Turrisi as one of the two founding directors. Following the December 2001 restructure, all of the PRA Property Group projects have been undertaken by Turrisi Properties in equal joint Venture.

PRA’s expertise, determination and an intuitive feel for the market quickly brought results. The PRA group has turned over stock valued in excess of $250 million, over half of which occurred in the last 5 years. The remaining PRA development sites will yield real estate with a gross value of approximately $200 million. Turrisi Properties in its own right has development sites on hand with a completed value exceeding $130 million and continues to seek opportunities in all market segments independent from the PRA Group. Turrisi Properties has developed land estates such as Lionsgate Sunnybank Hills, The Pocket Bridgeman Downs and Beaufort Heights Moggill.

Gaetano Turrisi in his role of joint Managing Director of the PRA Group has developed a large range of predominantly residential developments in southeast Queensland, ranging from infill sites of 20 allotments to a large scale development in Wakerley (Baychester Estate, Tilleydale, Wakefield, Belmont Parkside and Belmont Chase) comprising 120 hectares and yielding in excess of 1400 dwellings.
