9-11 Armrick Avenue, Broadbeach will bring quintessential coastal living to the Gold Coast.
Designed by renowned architecture firm Rothelowman, 9-11 Armrick Avenue has been designed to mark time and frame the everyday through its simple and effective use of core architectural elements that enhance the experience of the surrounding natural environment. The result is a series of overtly residential homes, articulated through a careful & strategic implementation of the architectural elements.
The project plans comprise 81 two and three-bedroom apartments, and three and four bed penthouses across 22 levels. The project will feature extensive podium and rooftop recreation, all while paying homage to the Gold Coast’s mid-century past that echoes tropical modernism.
