Release of the highest land yet in the growth suburb of Pallara has generated strong sales to local owner-occupiers, keen to share the sense of excitement already obvious in this emerging new community.

A fresh start for many in a master planned suburb and a unique opportunity to build their dream homes, just minutes from nearby Forest Lake.

Since launch late last year, Pallara Land by Turrisi Properties has experienced high levels of demand, with more than 50 homesites sold in the final quarter of 2018.

Located in the heart of Pallara, Pallara Land by Turrisi Properties comprises two residential addresses Element and Essence with homesites ranging in size from 400sqm to 1888sqm, all level and high with views with titles registered for an immediate building start.

For buyers Mr Ernel and Mra Ana Caampued, choosing Essence Pallara located off Ritchie Road to build their new home was an easy decision made even easier by a simple process.

“We purchased in Essence Pallara because we wanted to give ourselves a fresh start with a brand-new home that was designed to our specifications and that we love”, said Mr and Mrs Caampued.

“The buying experience was exceptional, and the meetings were straight to the point”.

Pallara is a new-age suburb, master planned by Brisbane City Council and for buyers like Mr and Mrs Caampued this was one of the biggest attractions when choosing a suburb to settle in.

“What attracted us to the Pallara area was the growing community, its location and sharing its expansion in the future”, continued Mr and Mrs Caampued.

For buyer Mr Naveen Malhorta who purchased a lot in Element Pallara, the proximity to schooling and the well-considered planning for the future were what drew him to the area.

“The area is not very busy and the Council plan for future development looks promising and appeals to me”, Mr Malhorta said.

Mr Malhorta purchased in Element Pallara located off Devries Road to build his new and first home in Australia, nominating vicinity to the CBD and Pallara State School as major considerations for him.

“I liked the location and it is not very far from the CBD, very close to Pallara State School”, said Mr Malhorta.

Pallara State School is located on Ritchie Road, just a short walk from both Essence and Element.

A selection of homesites remain available for sale in Essence and Element Pallara at prices starting from just $299,000.

Buyers can choose their own builder and start building their dream home immediately.
